You can call us Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. Out of hours we have an answerphone with a call back service.
All calls are answered by someone who understands cauda equina syndrome and what you are dealing with, as well as the many concerns you may have.
We offer support to people affected by cauda equina syndrome and those who think they may be experiencing the Red Flags and would like more information.
We also deal with enquiries from healthcare professionals who are supporting patients, and anybody wanting to know more about the work we do and services we offer.
